Most of the classes we run at the H4 hospitality are Practical Classes, allowing you full involvement in the cooking process. The lessons run for 3 hours, and small class sizes ensures a more personal experience for participants. We try to create a relaxed, social, friendly environment in our classes and as such everyone cooks as part of a team (so don't worry about coming along by yourself). Class begins with an introduction from the chef, who will then demonstrate and explain the recipes for the evening. Working in groups of 2 or 3 the class will then cook/prepare usually 3 dishes. During this time the chefs are continually on hand to answer questions and assist you. At the end of the class everyone sits down to enjoy what they have produced with a beverage of your choice.
(unless stated otherwise, all our practical classes include a meal at the end of cooking and a beverage of your choice).
Recipe booklets are included to you so you can reproduce them at home.
